1. The Service
AI Power provides career-focused AI practice missions, progress tracking, and (depending on your plan) in-app live AI replies and AI judge coaching. Features may change as we improve the curriculum and underlying models.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
3. Plans, billing, and fair use
- Free and paid plans (including Pro monthly and Pro annual) are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Live AI usage is subject to fair-use caps. When live allowance is exhausted, simulation practice may continue so learning progress is not hard-locked.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or access controls
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its providers
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or use the Service to generate such content
- Upload secrets, regulated sensitive data, or others’ confidential information into practice prompts
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI outputs — no professional advice
Practice replies, scores, and coaching are educational tools. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. They are not legal, medical, financial, HR, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them at work or elsewhere.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including sending it to AI providers for live practice). See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, curriculum, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code beyond the limited right to use the Service as offered.
8. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties (authentication, payments, AI models, hosting). Their terms and availability can affect your experience. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI outputs, or specific career or learning outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Power AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to applicable consumer protections.
