- Do I need ChatGPT or Copilot to practice?
- No. Practice runs in-app with built-in AI. Free includes a weekly live allowance; simulation continues when you hit the cap.
- What’s included in Pro?
- Full skill tree access, higher live AI allowance, and AI judge coaching/scoring on graded sends. See Pricing for current rates.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel anytime from your account billing settings once checkout is live, or email support and we’ll help. Access continues through the paid period.
- How fast do you reply?
- We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Billing and account-access issues are prioritized.
