This Privacy Policy explains how AI Power (“AI Power,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, apps, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account data — email, name or display name, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.
• Learning & progress data — missions completed, streaks, XP, skill unlocks, practice prompts you submit, AI replies, scores, and coaching feedback generated in the Service.
• Billing data — plan selection and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & device data — approximate location derived from IP, browser/device type, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Support messages — content you send to our support or privacy addresses.

2. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and improve missions and coaching
• Run in-app AI practice (model replies and, on Pro, AI judge feedback)
• Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse or fraud
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and fair-use limits
• Respond to support requests and send service-related notices
• Analyze product usage in aggregate to improve the curriculum
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

3. AI processing

When you practice with live AI, your prompts and related lesson context may be sent to third-party model providers to generate replies and coaching. Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, or confidential employer information into practice prompts unless you are comfortable with that processing.

We use practice content to operate the learning experience. We do not sell your practice prompts.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers — hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment, and AI model vendors under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Legal / safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, theme preference, and essential product function. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you disable them.

6. Data retention

We keep account and progress data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@aipower.app to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
